1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on sis777, accessing the platform, or using any of its Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account by contacting customer support.

3 Eligibility

Use of the sis777 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Registration by or on behalf of any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on sis777. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment details. Providing false information constitutes fraud.
• Account security: You are wholly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. sis777 will never ask for your password. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Contact details: You must maintain a valid and accessible email address and telephone number linked to your account. sis777 uses these channels for security alerts, KYC requests, and account communications.
• No anonymous play: Anonymous or pseudonymous registr ation is not permitted. All accounts must be linked to a verified real-world identity.

5 KYC & Verification

sis777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) standards. Verification may be requested at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to:

• Before processing any withdrawal request
• When cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed defined thresholds
• When unusual account activity or transaction patterns are detected
• At sis777's discretion as part of routine compliance audits

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (KTP), passport, or government-issued photo identification
• Proof of Age: Any document listed above that clearly shows your date of birth
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, showing your name as the account holder

Withdrawals will be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. sis777 reserves the right to withhold funds and close accounts where KYC documentation cannot be satisfactorily verified within a reasonable timeframe.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

sis777 accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, and GoPay. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the cashier page and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmed receipt of funds.
• sis777 does not charge any deposit processing fees. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
• Deposits made via inactive, expired, or third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger a KYC review.
• All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). sis777 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status and account standing.

• Standard withdrawal processing time is 15–60 minutes during operating hours (WIB). VIP-tier members enjoy priority processing.
• sis777 does not deduct any platform fees from withdrawal amounts. The full requested amount will be transferred to your nominated account, subject to your bank's receiving policies.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies as specified on the cashier page.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed to payment accounts not registered in your name.
• sis777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the required wagering conditions at the time of a withdrawal request will be forfeited automatically.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

sis777 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are published in the promotion's detailed terms. Games excluded from wagering contribution are also listed explicitly.
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry window. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically upon expiry.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms.
• No retroactive application: Bonuses cannot be applied to deposits made before the bonus was claimed or to bets placed prior to the bonus being credited.
• Abuse prevention: sis777 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, coordinated bonus exploitation, or any other form of abuse. Determination of abuse is at sis777's sole discretion.
• Deposit matching: Matched-deposit bonuses require the qualifying deposit and bonus to be wagered in full before any withdrawal is permitted.

sis777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not adversely affect players who have already claimed and are actively using the bonus in question.

8 Betting & Game Rules

The following general rules apply across all betting markets and game categories on the sis777 platform:

• Sportsbook: All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of placement. sis777 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error. Markets offered include Asian handicap (voor bola — the spread-based local betting format), 1X2, over/under, and accumulator (mix parlay) selections.
• Lottery (Togel): Togel (Toto Gelap — Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery) results are sourced from official market operators. sis777 publishes draw results immediately upon official confirmation. Disputes regarding draw outcomes must reference the official result from the governing market authority.
• Live Casino: All live dealer games are operated by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming. Game results are determined in real time and are final. Technical disconnections during a live game do not void bets already placed.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sis777 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and possible referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account per individual (multi-accounting)
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity
• Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute legitimate transactions via your bank or e-wallet provider
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to operate your account
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward sis777 staff or other players

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the sis777 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of sis777 or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used commercially without prior written consent from sis777.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is licensed to sis777 for display on the platform. Players are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access game content for personal entertainment purposes only.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sis777 excludes all liability for:

sis777's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits sis777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

12 Responsible Gaming

• An account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
• A User has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme

Upon account closure due to a terms violation, sis777 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance after deducting any amounts owed. Where closure is initiated by the User for non-violation reasons, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to the User's verified payment method following completion of KYC.

14 Amendments

sis777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. 15 Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.
